What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I have completed my six week transformation and thoroughly enjoyed every session! The atmosphere is positive and encouraging and there is always expert help on hand. There have been definite results in terms of my fitness level, energy level and body shape. That post work out 'feel good' makes it all worth it!
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
Having attended a gym on and off for some time (and becoming bored) I can honestly say these training sessions are more varied and more fun. There is a real group feel regardless of who attends. The fact we work to a timer also keeps the motivation up whereas in a gym it was easy to cut corners and skip elements of my program. I am sure I put far more in to 45 minutes here than I did in an hour in the gym, hence the encouraging results so far
How did you feel before you started?
Before starting I felt a but sluggish because I had stopped training. I hike a lot but felt it wasn't enough. It had been a rather stressful start to the year so I knew I needed to make a shift and find those endorphins again!
You can't beat the high that goes with excercise so I feel more energetic, and manage work stress better etc.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Positive changes in all areas which have a ripple affect on those around me. Physically I am feeling more toned and strong. My upper body strength was pretty useless and that is gradually improving which was a goal I had set at the start.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
I would say commit to 6 weeks which is a small impact on your time but a big impact on your life due to the inevitable positive changes that come from it. Everyone is friendly and any first time nerves are dissipated within minutes of walking through the door. Every person in there has a goal and their own reasons to improve their physical health, appearance and mental wellbeing so crack on!
