Getting fit, training with a great bunch of blokes!! Since June 2015
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
A great no pressure environment to train in and at your own level
How did you feel before you started?
Tired, lethargic, overweight
Healthy, fit, a lot more energy, general feeling of well-being
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Far greater core stability, improved stamina, more consistent at golf and less fatigued, marked improvement in standard of snowboarding
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
Get off the fence - if you really want to make a difference only you can do that. It does take effort to get started but the results speak for themselves. If you don't try it you'll never know.
