What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I enjoy the camaraderie and the whole craic of being with similar aged guys with the same goals of achieving fitness. I really enjoy the boxing element - having never boxed before. I have done 8 weeks so far and lost 11lbs.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
I have never done a group circuit before and this has really inspired me like I was never inspired by previous gyms.
How did you feel before you started?
I was feeling tired (and looked tired), I was out of breath on walks, especially up hills and generally didn't feel good about my body.
Definitely feeling fitter and more able. Still a long way to go with weight loss but very happy to continue and 'up the weights'.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Just feeling 'All Round' better.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
'Get your butt up to Kieren at RFF and see how much better you feel after 6 weeks'!
