What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
This is my 6th week on the 6 week offer that I plan to continue by joining full time. I enjoy the variety every week that the classes offer as well as the location as I can walk over (once weather improves I will run there and back!). Also the fact that if I have the incorrect technique Kieran, Neil or Nici are there to correct us. The ladies in my class are also lovely.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
I am still a member of another gym but it is difficult to get on the classes and I get bored and have lack of motivation doing my own thing in the gym. At RFF, I can't slack as I am being watched so I carry on through the pain but feel better for it.
How did you feel before you started?
I have lost half a stone and 7 inches over my body and I look forward to my class.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Physically - as above, weight loss and body shape change. Mentally - fantastic. I was in a bad place after Christmas.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?

More info on the Tues Challenges for when I join full time. Plus don't stop holding the Sat morning blitzes. I attended last Sat and it was fabulous!
