What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
Been training for 6 weeks. The training is really varied which is great. Great atmosphere and really friendly environment. Kieran is calm and patient and good fun. Everyone seems to support each other. Would highly recommend.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
So much better. Simple approach, no fuss, straightforward. Really good value for money.
How did you feel before you started?
Lethargic, tired, no real energy.
Much more energy, ready to get things done when I would have made excuses before. Actually enjoy the sessions
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Feel much better physically. Feel proud of myself for doing the 6 weeks and want to continue.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
Join! Do it! Give it a go!
