3 years ago I started my own fitness journey.
I hated the way I looked and I didn’t feel comfortable in my own body and this also had a massive effect on my mental health.
As I began my weight loss journey, the first month wasn’t easy but as I started to see changes, it kept me motivated and positive.
My starting weight was 12 stone 3 lbs and my current weight is 9 stone 3 lbs I am finally in a place where I am happy and feel confident in my own body.
I have a completely different perspective on fitness now and decided to train as a personal trainer and I really enjoy being able to help other people with the same or similar struggles that I had.
