What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
This is my seventh week. I've enjoyed everything , being made welcome from the start, ladies have been lovely to train with .Most of all Kieran has been able to display his understanding of everyone without really knowing us, it's like a personal training session but in a group .
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
There is no comparison, Kieran sets the bar, we all train to our own ability, and get results.
How did you feel before you started?
To be honest terrible, the thought of exercising was a no no.
I love it I wanna keep going.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
I live for each day I think about how I feel right now. Which is pretty good, try not to worry about tomorrow or the next day next week next year. This has turned me into a better person mentally & physically and I would highly recommend to anyone.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
I would say try it ,It an opportunity to experience something new.
