What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I started training on the 7/2/19 I’ve really enjoyed each session coming away and knowing I achieved another step to getting fitter.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
Compared to other gyms if you go on your own you don’t push yourself as much as you can and just end up pumping weights. At RFF the trainers guide you correctly and push you this is where I believe you get the best results.
How did you feel before you started?
Lethargic and no energy left after a days work.
Well this is it I honestly feel i’ve got loads more energy I feel better about my body, I feel fitter, I have definitely lost some weight and that’s after just 7 weeks.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
As before I feel so much better in every way.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
I’ve been to gyms but this gym is really different you leave with a smile on your face knowing you achieved a goal.
