What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I have been training with you for 10 weeks now.
I like the variety of the classes, the time of the classes and the friendliness. I like the fact that Kieran and Neil correct you if you are doing something incorrectly.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
It doesn't feel stagnant or over clicky like some other places.
How did you feel before you started?
I've lost 7lbs and I can now do more than 1 push up!!! I also feel a bit blue when I miss the class.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
DO IT!!!! I'm glad I did. If I can do it anyone can.
