First of all, thanks for taking the time to visit our website.
It’s my hope you have precisely what I need so I can take this page down immediately and get you started.
If you are a highly motivated personal trainer with a positive attitude and a passion for health and fitness, I have a fun, fulfilling and challenging personal training position just for you.
We specialise in 'results' focused fitness programmes for women over 30 and men over 40 and work out of our custom personal training studio in Yeovil.
We offer bespoke 1 to 1 training, semi private training and group training programmes, which educate, motivate, and support and keep our clients accountable to their goals so they can lead happier, healthier and more fulfilled lives.
I'm looking for an enthusiastic and energetic fitpro to come onboard and coach some of our large group and semi private training programmes for 16 hours a week.
And you will only be required to be in the studio when you are coaching a session and not expected to sit around in the gym all day cleaning machines and getting bored!
This position would suit a trainer with some previous 1-2-1 and/or group fitness expereience.
But above all we are looking for someone with the right attitude, energy and personality, who wants the security of a full time position with the opportunity to develop and excel as a coach doing something that they love.
→ 16 group training hours per week at £12 per hour (Mon to Sat)
→ 5.6 weeks paid annual leave (on a pro rata basis)
→ Work place pension
On top of this you will have the opportunity to build your own 1-2-1 client base, earning £20+ per hour and we will help you to achieve this.
Start date: from mid June onwards
→ Level 3 Personal Trainer certification with a reputable training provider
→ Personal Trainer insurance*
→ First aid at work certification*
(*we will cover you if you do not already have these in place)
→ Previous 1-2-1 and group fitness training
→ Experience of kettelbells, strength and conditioning, compound and olympic lifts
→ Nutrition qualification
→ Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive, pro-active attitude
→ Be a great motivator and show empathy and understanding when required
→ Strive to be the best coach you possibly can be and 'Show Up' everyday and be passionate about what you do and why you do it.
