You follow a structured training format and this will be a mix of core, strength, cardio and corrective exercise appropriate to your goals.
I'm 50 myself and I specialise in training men and women in their 40's, 50's and 60's.
I also have alot of experience working with men and women with acute athritis, MS, parkinsons, frozen shoulders and other non specific, but on-going mobility and flexibilty issues.

And where a clients nutritional requirements are beyond the scope of healthy eating advice we will direct them to a registered dietician or nutritionist.
