1-2-1 Personal Training

Our 1-2-1 personal training is our premium service and fully personalised with availability through the day.

You follow a structured training format and this will be a mix of core, strength, cardio and corrective exercise appropriate to your goals.

Paired Personal Training

Our Paired Personal Training offers you many of the benefits of 1-2-1 training but at a lower investment and you share your time with 1 other person.

You follow a structured training format and this will be a mix of core, strength, cardio and corrective exercise appropriate to your goals.

And where a clients nutritional requirements are beyond the scope of healthy eating advice we will direct them to a registered dietician or nutritionist.
