Our personal training is our premium service and fully personalised.

You follow a structured training format and this will be a mix of core, strength, cardio and corrective exercise appropriate to your goals

I'm 50 myself and I specialise in training men and women in their 40's, 50's and 60's

I also have alot of experience working with men women with acute athritis, MS, parkinsons, frozen shoulders and other non specific, but on-going mobility and flexibilty issues

We will only suggest well known approaches to them that we feel will benefit them the most according to the outcomes they want to achieve and should they choose to follow them, this is undertaken entirely of their own choice, under their own free will, and at their own risk.

And where a clients nutritional requirements are beyond the scope of healthy eating advice we will direct them to a registered dietician or nutritionist.
