What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I commenced the 6 week transformation program and joined one of the female only groups and have also had the bonus of joining the mixed group on a Saturday morning which is a bonus class.
Such good fun, well structured with excellent instructors. In 4 weeks I lost inches, but not pounds, but hoping that kicks in at some point soon.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
Easy to follow, friendly environment

I’ve always been active but wanted to try something different
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Physical benefits as in body shape and taking part in physical exercise always increases my emotionally well-being.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
Come and join us, the hardest step is the first one, but well worth it!
