What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I have loved every session since joining the Transformation Training programme. I like that each session is different and my group and personal trainer are highly motivating.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
When I've been to other gyms I find I get bored quickly and only end up doing the same exercises every time which doesn't get good results.
How did you feel before you started?
Before I started I felt that I was stuck in a rut with my weight and fitness.
I now feel fitter, stronger, healthier and happier.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Even after the first 6 weeks I had fantastic results. I lost a stone and 3.5 inches off my waist. I feel so much better about myself now, more confident and happy and my body feels a lot stronger and more toned.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
Go for it! Do it now! You'll regret it if you don't!

The support you get from Kieran is brilliant, he keeps you motivated and focused. I've also made some great friends in my group, we also support each other as we're all on the same fitness journey.
The nutrition guide is also really helpful, effective and easy to follow.
