What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I have been training with you for 6 weeks.
I thoroughly enjoy each visit and feel very positive and motivated. After 6 weeks I have noticed a difference and people are starting to comment about my change in body shape.
Overall I am finding it a positive experience.
I appreciate that it is female only and friendly and we all encourage each other.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
It is much more friendly and personal.
Also the programmes are always different - no chance of getting bored with same routine !
How did you feel before you started?
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Changes to my body shape, physically fitter, think more about my diet and healthy eating.
Life has been very stressful in recent weeks due to family illness,I believe knowing I have these classes on Monday ,Wednesday and Friday has been a release for me to just concentrate on working out.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
