Investing for success…

Lets look at this from a health and fitness perspective.

You FEEL FAT and BLOATED and dont like the way that you ‘look’ or ‘feel’.

And you want to change that and fast!

You join a gym and you go 4 times a week for 2 weeks, then 3 times a week for 2, then once every week for the next 4…

And then you stop going… completely.

If you went for a deal locally you might have paid around £30 to £50 per month and have signed up to a 12 month deal because at the time you were ‘motivated’.

Either way you haven’t actually achieved anything (other than spending some money) and you willcontinue to pay your D/D each month (another £300+) as charitable monthly donations to your favourite gym… OUCH!

Ok so you might have ‘lost some weight’ but you will put in back again within a short time, so nothing is achieved beyond a ‘short term’ change.

And be honest how many times have you repeated this behaviour?

And to date if you have NOT achieved the results that you want, then it’s a safe bet to say its not working and its time to try something different?

Listen, getting a great result takes hard work and consistency.

Let me put this in perspective.

Just over 10 years ago I went to rehab for 6 months because I had a serious drink problem and if I had continued I would have died, end of story!

Death by vodka nonetheless!

And and the options I had were simple – drink and die or stop and live.

So I chose ‘life’ and went to rehab.

And that involved investing into a ‘proven’ programme that delivered results!

…and that investment was £16,000 for 6 months!

Now lets reframe that.

£16,000 was invested into learning to live my life in a completley different way and untimately saving my life.

The key word being INVESTED.

I had serious skin in the game and was committed and was investing for success, right?

And I made the most of it and completely transformed my life and in fact gave me a life beyond my wildest dreams.

Was it hard? Yes it was.

Was it worth the investment. Yes it was (way more in fact!)

In fact the size of the investment is irrelevant as the outcome it produced is priceless.

I lost everything (and almost lost my life) but I made a commitment to transformation and stayed consistent and here I am writing this blog for you.

I now live a happy, healthy and productive life and I only have one so I’m making the most of it.

And as a personal trainer and coach I have helped over a 1000 men and women since 2008 to live happier, healthier and more productive lives from house wives to multi-millionaires and even a celeb or 2.

Look if you shop on price around your health and fitness and go for a cheap option, you will ALWAYS go round in circles.

And a life time of failed diets and wasted gym memberships and goals that you never reach will cost you in the end – financially, mentally, emotionally and physically.

So you can go on yo yo-dieting and chasing ‘quick fixes’ for the rest of your life…

Or you can decide on transforming your life instead.

And Transformation is all about changing your attitude and behaviours and the way you think, not just losing a few lbs!

So start investing for success,
