What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I've been training with you since the beginning of June, I love the fact that the sessions fit in with my work commitment and the variety of exercise.
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
I've always had 121 PT's so different to work in a group which i'm enjoying.
How did you feel before you started?
I had not done any training for around 4 months due to surgery so was feeling both physically and mentally awful.
Feeling really good and positive.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
All of the above which probably means other people around me are also benefiting.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
Get down from there you'll only get splinters!!
I always encourage people to make positive changes but understand some people lack confidence however RFF is a great environment for people to take that step.
