What do you enjoy most about your training? And how long have you been training with us?
I’ve been training for around 2 months now, love that my shape has changed, I’m stronger and I can de-stress through exercise. I love that I train with other ladies and we all help each other and the trainers are so supportive. The session are not boring as each time it’s different!
How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
I could never stick to anything before and found the gym both boring and intimidating.
How did you feel before you started?
I felt like a fish out of water at my first session and physically fat and flabby!
I feel fantastic. I will happily walk around in shorts here where I would only do that abroad before! I have a new found confidence.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
Slimmer figure even if the scales say I’m heavier! I’m toned all over and have dropped a dress size. I sleep better at night and it is great for stress relief, especially the boxing.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
Just go along and see how it goes. Everyone is helpful and friendly and you will notice changes quickly.
