The definition of insanity is…
…doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.
Dieting over and over again is a great example.
Better known as yo-yo dieting.
Have you ever lost say a stone then put it back on again?
Think about it like this…. take the average amount of weight you lose each time you diet then multiply that by the number of diets you reckon you have done in your life…
…then multiply it by 2 because you always gain the weight back dont you (plus some interest in most cases).
So lets say 10lbs*10 diets = 100lbs*2 = 200lbs
And if you’ve done 20 diets… double it again!
But really are you any nearer your goal weight now?
Maybe its time to do something different and get a different result?
