Challenging myself, becoming fitter and stronger

How does it compare to other gyms/fitness programess you have tried?
Training with Kieran is great,no pressure and he manages to get the best out of everyone, great trainer and motivator. In the past I have joined gyms but didn't stick with them as became boring very quickly.
How did you feel before you started?
Before I started training with Kieran I felt sluggish and tired, cant believe the difference everybody has noticed.
Feel great now and really look forward to training, feeling stronger and fitter every day.
What changes have you seen as a result of training with us?
I have lost weight,feeling mentally and physically stronger. It has made me more focused at work ready every time for training.
What would you say to someone who knows they need to do this but is sitting on the fence?
I would say to anyone who wants to change and are putting it off, just do it.

Wish I had done this years ago? Don't think... act
