If you are a motivated man or women over 40 and you are looking to take control of your health and fitness, then join our 6 Week Transformation.

During your first 6 weeks we'll concentrate on the basics so you get some quick wins and start seeing and feeling the results of your hard work.

Then if you decide to join us as member we'll help you to make significant long term change by focusing on the 3F's and an integrated coaching approach.

You'll get to use our simple food planning app developed by one of UK's leading Dietitian's and Sports Nutritionists who we work closely with, so we can give you the best and most up to date info and its all research based.

And research shows us that the best results are achieved with a mix of all 3, with fat loss being a great example.

So What's The Cost Of Our Transformation Programme?

To train with our coaches on a personal 1-2-1 basis costs around £40 per session, so 3 sessions per week over 6 weeks would be £720....

However, this is a group personal training programme and delivers great results like 1-2-1, but the cost will NOT be £720.

And our 6 week programme is just...

£99

Which works out at £5.50 per session.

With up to 3 sessions per week.

Start on a Monday (except if its a bank holiday).

All groups are mixed men and women.

How it works?

First choose which time suits you the best...

For instance if you mostly want to train at 7pm go for that option.

You'll then be able to book in to other sessions where there are spaces on the day.

So there is plenty of flexibilty for you.

We have a large supply of paper towels, hand gel, hand wash and cleaning fluid to make your trips to the studio as safe as possible.

FAQs

WHO is this REALLY for?

We specialise in training men women, 40 and over who are motivated to take control of their health and fitness and get into shape for the long term and are looking to train in a supportive, progressive and fun environment

You can attend up to 3 coached sessions each week and this is a results and commitment focused programme

And while we understand, that other stuff goes on in life and you might not be able to make every session, if you are just looking for pay as you go, then this is not the right choice for you.

When are the sessions?

Monday to Friday at 6am
Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 9.30am
Monday to Friday 6pm
Monday to Thursday at 7pm

 

When does the programme start?

Your 6 weeks starts on the Monday you begin and runs until the end your 6th week, which will be a Thursday or Friday depending on which programme you join

What do I need to wear and bring with me? And what facilities are there?

We suggest that you wear comfortable training kit and trainers. A small towel is also a good idea and you should always bring a bottle of water with you. There is plenty of parking on site, a toilet, but no showers

How long are the sessions and where is the studio?

The sessions are on average 45 minutes long and they take place at the Results Focused Fitness, Unit 11, Limber Road, Yeovil, Somerset, BA22 8RR

Is this suitable for beginners as I haven't exercised for a while?

Our workouts are designed to get you results and we offer alternatives for exercises where appropriate. If you are motivated and prepared to work at a level that challenges you then you will do well with us
