We specialise in helping in business owners and executives as well as semi-retired and retired men and women who like to train during the day, between 8am and 5pm in our private studio in Yeovil.

8 Week Transformation

3 sessions per week
This is the perfect package if you are looking for big results in just 8 weeks and you are prepared to get stuck in and make big changes form the off

8 Week Foundation

2 sessions per week
If you are new or returning to training, or have health issues, this is the perfect programme to build a solid 'foundation' to move forward with and build upon

3, 6 and 12 month packages available thereafter


Bespoke Package

If you have specific needs and require a bespoke package please complete out short application with as much detail as posssible

And where a clients nutritional requirements are beyond the scope of healthy eating advice we will direct them to a registered dietician or nutritionist.
