To train with me on a personal 1-2-1 basis costs £40 per session, so 3 sessions per week over 6 weeks would cost £720....

However, this is a group personal training programme and delivers as good a result as training 1-2-1, but the cost will NOT be £720.

In fact the entire 6 week programme with 3 sessions per week is just £99.

Which works out at around £5.50 per session.

What we get up to

No Boring Cardio

We DON'T do long boring cardio workouts in our studio!

Instead we do lots of interval based training and our workouts DO involve working with weights, barbells, dumb bells and kettlebells.

One of the MOST important duties you have to yourself is to promote and build healthy active muscle, because 'active' muscle burns fat and keeps you strong and in great shape.

And we are not referring to big bulky muscles, but overall muscle density and 'tone'.

ie: a lean, tight, toned and healthy body that you love to live in and one makes you look and feel great.

    The sessions are in the Results Focused Fitness studio:
    Results Focused Fitness, Unit 11, Limber Road, Yeovil, Somerset, BA22 8RR

    Our sessions are 45 minutes on average



  • q-iconWhen does the programme start?

    Your 6 weeks starts on the Monday you begin and runs until the end your 6th week, which will be a Thursday or Friday depending on which programme you join

  • q-iconWhat do I need to wear and bring with me? And what facilities are there?

    We suggest that you wear comfortable training kit and trainers. A small towel is also a good idea and you should always bring a bottle of water with you. There plenty of parking on site, a toilet and changing area but no showers

  • q-iconIs this suitable for beginners as I haven't exercised for a while?

    Our workouts are designed to get you results and we offer alternatives for exercises where appropriate. If you are motivated and prepared to work at a level that challenges you then you will do well with us. Our workouts are designed for unfit guys who want to build up their fitness and are not suitable if you are already super fit

And where a clients nutritional requirements are beyond the scope of healthy eating advice we will direct them to a registered dietician or nutritionist.
